Awesome vintage 1970s Rotary Deco Tel phone with a marbleized plastic relief of a Hunting Hound Dog Retrieving a Fowl bird.Has an old fashioned Bell System line cord with a 4 prong 505A type plug. I have attached an adapter and tested and it works!This telephone is in good condition, fairly clean (minus the relief, it could use a good cleaning), no cracks and no chips, but does have some wear. The velvet on the inside cover has some markings and wear (see pictures). I have only seen a few others that have marbleized plastic on the sides as well as the top. Model No. 2140This would be perfect for a sophisticated man cave, a hunter, telephone collector, or dog lover.You can make outgoing calls, and receive calls too, however the ringer appears to not work for incoming calls.
